Hi, I work as a Hardware Architect for FPGA based designs. I'm quite good at Verilog/VHDL and I have knowledge in CMOS/NMOS circuits. But in verilog/VHDL, are used to register transfer level development in Digital electronics. And CMOS/NMOS transistor design is related to Analogue circuit design. I'm exactly not sure how you want to integrate them. Please feel free to discuss more details.
