Structural Analysis & design check for a stack (28 feet high chimney)

I need a stack analysed and designed for wind loads of 160mph using ASCE using either MECASTACK software or other structrual engineering software to check the integrity of stack. The stack is like a chimney above a incinerator and the top of stack is 28 ft from ground. The bottom of stack is connected to the incinerator top at elevation 6.25ft from grade. The top 10-11 ft of stack is exposed to wind loads, the rest of length of stack is inside the building. The stack is made up of sections of stack 2-4ft and bolted togather to get the full length. I need stack to be analysed using FEM, and rovide all deflections of the stack under wind loads, analysis and design check of connections and at the bottom connection with incinerator. Also will like to know if the stack will need any GUY WIRES to control top deflections. I can upload files to qualified engineers with design of chimneys and stacks using structural design software for windspeeds of 160mph and wind pressures must be taken using ASCE 7-16.
