I am uk based with my own PI Worked on the Industry for the last 5 years with proven record and can help on site as well if required all my design and drawing are to uk building control standard and use British standard on my design loft conversion my fee would be around 400.00 rear extension 400.00 loft plus rear is around 700 double story is up to 900 maxi depending on the type of the project
