Front panel subtraction in Autocad

I am not to shure what you whant to do with the cover of the box do you whant a cut out on the cover to fit the controler, if that is correct you need to explode you block reference in the autocad file. Only a solid can cut a solid in autocad , make sure the parts is solid parts by exploding the block ref. and then cut one solid with another, hope this helps
