Hi, sr. my name is Gustavo and I am a Structural Engineer with Civil Engineering degree. I checked your project description with the attached files.
In Your case I will consider the 32MPa for concrete, I will design the slab above the compacted subgrade, so the 10mm compacted soil will help to hold the slab loads, but I think that 20mm should be better considering the deflection with the time.
For the loads and design, I´m thinking initially to run a nonlinear analysis with the loads applied, plus the vibration impact that the machines will make under work situation.
For example, it will be like your slab will hold earthquake impacts.
The steel reinforcement will be thinking about the duration of the structure too, so I will use the covering for an industrial situation with soil and water contact. Of course, the reinforcement will hold the loads as well.
After that, I can tell that my budget is due to my hourly rate, and for this project, I will take a week, it means 45 hours.
