Hi. I have experience mainly with cisco catalyst 2900 series. SG500 is a very bad not reliable small buseness series, actually it is not a cisco and it run not on iOS. I never touched it, but seems it can be configure via gui (in the cli not all thinkgs available). What you requirements about configuration (vlans, stp, etc)?
