We are looking for a Freelance Customer Support Specialist who can answer to our UK customer.
You job is to answer to our UK customer demands by mail or by phone.
The main demands concerns issue with delivery.
You'll have access to our own home made CRM + Freshdesk ticketing tool, and we will redirect the support phone line to your phone 3 hours a day (2pm-5pm GMT) 5 days a week (monday to friday).
You manage your work from home.
Initial mission duration : 2 month (august-september 2017). May be extended.
Weekly hours : 15.
