We are currently using a CRM system which exports all emails in one csv file (with data about the sender, subject line, content etc). Our new CRM provider (Zoho) is a proper mail client and if we want to import emails from our old system, we need to do so using .eml files. There are at least 25,000 records in the CSV so will need some kind of script to convert If you can do this then I need the following in your bid: a) Explanantion of what experience you have of this kind of task b) Cost c) Timeframe Thanks!

Hi Please send the CSV for review or a small sample of it. I can create separate EML files. Price and turnaround is negotiable. a) I have great experience of data manipulation/transformation using PHP (completed a small project today as well). I can also code with other languages (C++,C#). b) Current estimate is $700. I will test the output .eml files to make sure that they can be opened by email software. Cost is negotiable. c) It will depend on the CSV and it's contents (might take 5-14 days). I would like to see it or at-least a sample version of that CSV to get better idea of input. Hi, I have over 12 years experience in administration in Linux (mostly in email system). Working with email is my daily job. Also got experience in programming in Python/Perl/Bash. I wrote many scripts to export data to CSV file (using them even today), so email and CSV are well known for me. I can write script (in Python or Perl) for you which export each row from CSV file and write it to single eml mail file. Eml file will be RFC compliant (if data in CSV are RFC compliant).
