Hello there, I am Andy Wong, a student from Hong Kong. I want to create a gadget that looks like the attached photo (the photo is used for illustration purpose only), which is capable of using color light sensors to measure distances between the device and screens of different devices (TV/ Computers/ Smartphones/ etc.) in real time whenever the device is switched on, when the sensor detected the distance between the two parties are too close compared to the dedicated distance for safe view distances, small alarm will be warning users through sounds. Also the gadget is capable of connecting to a mobile application for battery status and a timer that will record the time of usage after the device is switched on. I wonder what kind of professionals I need to make this device real? My friends told me that I probably need a PCB engineer and software engineer, is that correct?
