I am in need of (handheld) portable static generator 2/3 volts. The measure cannot be more than 3 or less than 2 volts, it would nice to have them exact. I would like what would basically be considered a 3 ohm device. This device could neutralize outgoing static interference. (I will pay for any items needed)
