Hello I would like to make an alcohol distillation column controller with the option of reading data from the phone. Controller functions: - temperature reading from 4 DS18B20 sensors. - support for 4 motor valves (CWX-25 CR-05 12V) - adjustable every 5 percent - support for 9 kW / 400V heater (three phases) - adjustable every 2.5 percent - wi-fi & bluetooth support To start with, I only need the temperature reading and the ability to change parameters (opening of the motor valves, heater power) in the android application. Without any algorithms or settings. The application must be as simple as possible: buttons to control the power of the heaters and to control the opening of the valves, temperature reading, start / stop button, bluetooth connection status. Picture is in files. I need PCB designs, schematics and source codes so that I can do it myself. For now, I would like to ask about the vision of this driver, the estimated cost and time of implementation. Hi, I have experience working with Wifi and bluetooth, I have worked on projects using ESP8266 with Ultrasonic sensors and motor drivers to control all these from the mobile phone android. I can develop this for you as described but need more information as the program on the other side is already written or not? if program on ESP32S is already avaiable I can handle it pretty easily else I have to first write program on the ESP side then it will be linked to Android Application.
