PLC Programmer to Monitor CT

Hi,
I need some help to program a PLC ( [login to view URL] )
I need to connect 12 CT's to monitor power consumption and make data available in as modbus registers in PLC. Meaning I need you to program the PLC to read input from CT and save data in Modbus register in PLC so it can be read from modbus, please also consider conversion of the input of the CT ( eg volts ) to a value such as AMPS or KWh in modbus register.
As a programmer I am not sure on CT selection so help in this area as well will be great.
