Hello, I’m an entrepreneur, looking for an original design of an enclosure for a power electronic assembly (EA), linked to a standard 20 Ah battery. The EA is made of aluminium or steel enclosure of prismatic form (metal sheet bending) The dimension of the EA is (roughly) 170 x 77 x 120mm but can be slightly different to fit the proposal. The EA will have an available surface 50x100 for connection on both side and a front display 100X 80mm on front The design should provide ventilation gap The design should link mechanically (firmly) the battery to the EA, providing a sufficient space un between for electrical connection The design should provide a means to hang it on the wall on the back side of the device. This mean should be preferably included in the plastic part surrounding the enclosure The solution should provide a mean to lay on the flor and have a (kind of) handle to transport it. The plastic part should be Lightweight, cost effective to produce (care should be taken to limit tooling cost), taking in account of the variability of battery tolerances in size and the weight of the battery ranging from 2 to 7 kg for the same size depending on the technology of the battery. It must be easy to assemble (replace) the battery to the EA There is no need to have extra enclosure surrounding the battery Battery dimensions: 181 mm x 77 mm x 168/175 mm. The proposed solution should as much as possible tolerant to the slight differences in size of the various battery supplier, notably for the height Partial design of the inside part - the EA (metal sheet bending enclosure) is required for all issues linked to the mechanical assembly
