PowerPoint to Articulate Storyline conversion

Hi, I'm Matt S Rinc and in 20 years of software development, webmastering and presentations/internet marketing. I have been involved in multimedia e-learning for adults in last five years. I am working with Articulate Storyline for a year now and have done such project over Freelancer, too. Can you provide a powerpoint (or PDF export from it)? Do you need questions and (3) answers to increase memory retention? And what is your general goal of the e-course?
