Develop a Corporate Identity

BLUEPRINT OR WIREFRAME I have a business in Brisbane, Australia that has operated from retail premises for the last 8 years, supported by a website, providing custom canvas prints to customers throughout Australia, and I would now like to make the transition to moving the business entirely online, and able to serve multiple markets with an enlarged product range. This will be a planned transition and the purpose of this project is to create a blueprint or a wireframe of the entire process, linking each step together, so that the roll out can be listed on Indiegogo or Kickstarter with the intent of attracting start-up funding for each new market through presales. The right person to accomplish this project for me will be someone with experience with ecommerce portal design and website online shopping structure design. The emphasis will be on helping me to design an optimized structure and blueprint to plan my modes of sale. Key elements to include will be: Website Facebook Store Selling on Pinterest Instagram Twitter Blog Discount Cards Gift Cards I will want everything linked through one portal for payment, and will need a gateway that supports multi-currency transactions. The structure you will design will need to give me the most efficient method of integrating all the above variables It is very important to me that each of the above layers has a common design theme and can therefore be recognized as my brand, as customers go from platform to platform, moving between Facebook and Pinterest, for example. Growth and the despatching of international orders will be achieved by receiving all orders centrally in one location, and using RIP software and satellite wide format printing facilities housed in Print Fulfilment Centres that will be responsible for printing, framing and shipping to local addresses. I already have the capacity to print, frame and ship to customers in Australia, and I would like PFC’s to be set up in the USA/Canada, SE Asia, and Europe, and then achieve economies of scale by linking with a global supplier for all our materials and consumables. I am very familiar with my competition and in addition to the range of expansion products which I will be providing, I want the website and ecommerce strategies of my best competitors reviewed so that the best elements are taken from each and combined into my new platform, giving me the best of everything. I want everything laid out either as a flow chart, a wireframe, or a plan, so that I can quickly and visually see what links to what, and these elements will include: Ecommerce platforms Online stores Social media Social media marketing Further marketing Payment gateway Product range Geographical coverage of each Print Fulfilment Centre The purpose of this easy-to-view-and-understand plan is that it can then easily be taken to the next level and enlarged into a PowerPoint Presentation to start the crowd funding activity.
