We are looking for an Amazon expert who will take full responsibility for steering our company and brand on Amazon Seller Central, leading our existing staff, and managing the business operations with precision and effectiveness.

This is a hands-on role, working deeply on the day to day Seller Central functions, where you will roll up your sleeves performing tasks that are responsible for the management of our entire Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring our seller account and brand is kept in peak operating form. This is a remote and full-time role.
Key Responsibilities

Catalog Management
Take care of all your catalog needs and issues, from creating new listings, correcting variations to fixing stranded inventory to increase traffic to your products.
Account Health & Performance
Lead on any compliance and performance notification to solve any issues that can compromise your account.
Listing Optimization
Monitor and improve your listings, so you can just focus on creating quality products and scaling your business.
Case Logs & Seller Support
Bridge between you and Seller Support by opening, handling, and following up until any case until final resolution.
Qualifications:
Must have 1 to 2 years of Amazon Seller Central Experience.
This means you must know Seller Central inside and out.
Everything from flat files, inventory management, FBA process, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, Helium10, keyword research etc.
We do not require an expert level understanding of each of these items, but you should be familiar and be willing to learn.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (including vlookup, sumif, pivot table)
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable in collaborating cross-functionally with a diverse and dynamic team
Able to work from Mon to Fri, 9AM to 5PM Eastern Time
Able to work from home with their own work device and Internet

Work directly with Amazon to resolve issues and develop a plan of action as needed
Create cases and communicate with third party support teams to address issues that cannot be resolved internally
Prioritize projects and errors accordingly
Submit documentation for product review and classification
Communicate both internally and externally to obtain additional documentation when required
Identify, track, and resolve policy violations in a timely manner
Manage resolution of stranded inventory queue
Manage multiple inboxes
Ensure thorough communication with all stakeholders
Daily inventory management - reviewing inventory positions of entire catalog, monitoring weeks of cover and sending replenishment recommendations
Listing health review on Amazon - ensuring listings are live, there are no hijackers and we own the buy-box
Ads tracking & monitoring and communicating with ads team where required
Maintain a Deals & Coupons calendar to track upcoming promotions & discounts
Price updates where required (change in strategy / margin optimization)
Listing Optimization on titles, bullet points, search terms
Finance reporting support: monitor movers/shakers, revenue, margin, traffic (sessions) and conversion
QA of top products during
