Children's eReader app

We would like to create an app that reads scripture stories to children. Each book is less than 50 pages long. Right now we have 6 stories we would like completed. We are interested in completing 12 additional stories. We would like the words to highlight as the word is being spoken. We have all of the text typed up, all the picture images, and all of the audio completed. We would like them to be available as both an android and ios app. We are interested to work with someone that has created eReaders and can provide samples of their work.
