this project for adjusting Umbraco theme per our requirements and optimize for google speed.
* template must be bootstrap!
* header / footer like attached image.
* google optimization must be over 90 for both mobile and desktop version.
* [url removed, login to view] test must be no more then 3 sec
* I should able to set meta tag per page for all kind of social network meta tags, description, title etc..
* I should able to edit HTML for every page.
