Hello, I am looking for .net developer who will Install and configure a .NET base CMS on our dedicated server. CMS requirements: * Responsive clean bootstrap theme. mobile performance are critical. I want to create content once and see it on both mobile and desktop. * SPEED! speed is critical. CMS must work fast. it should score over 90 in [login to view URL] for both mobile and desktop! and less then 3 sec for 3G test on [login to view URL] * CMS must have all SEO configurations for meta, title etc.. * Social Networks friendly, allow me to set shareable settings for every page. Once you complete this task we will offer additional customization work on the CMS.
