I need you to develop a small ActiveX component in Visual Studio 2019 in C#.NET that displays the current date and time with a black font in a resizable red rectangle. This ActiveX component must then be inserted in an Excel worksheet to demonstrate the correct conversion to ActiveX. Graphical requirements are specified by the attached screen capture. *Prior experience in developing ActiveX components is required. Please show examples of ActiveX components created by you when bidding.* *Expected deliverables:* - Visual Studio solution file .sln with full source code of the ActiveX - Excel file .xlsx with the inserted ActiveX - text file describing the procedure to register the ActiveX component and to insert it into an Excel sheet.
