i require a simple automated program that will upload specific files from desktop folders to ftp

The program must cater for multiple uploads from a list of file name locations on a computer.

Process

file name location

copy

open ftp and username/password

paste

repeat until all file name locations are done

the 4 columns are

filename location

ftp url

username
