We require a multi-user MS Access database to be designed and delivered for archaeoloigcal site data. The database will be required to manage data at various levels (i.e. site, location, artefact, group of sites etc etc). Data entry must be easy and consistent by utilising forms. Data will need to be able to be exported as tables (i.e. artefact attributes and measurements) or exported to word templates as text (i.e. site descriptions). There will need to be a faciltiy for storing multiple images (i.e JPEG) for each site record with captioning for each image also stored in the database. Facility for storing and managing additional files will also be required (i.e. GPS files, scanned paper documents etc).
