Seeking a motivated, trustworthy, and easy to communicate with Digital Assistant. The candidate for this position, would need to have good communication availability and be able to respond to my task quickly and efficiently. Must be able to work independently and use your common sense to make smart decisions in the event I am temporarily unavailable. Must be a quick learner because the task required will vary thus requiring some quick training. As my digital assistant, your responsibilities would include but not be limited to: - Checking my projects / Websites for errors - Filling in Google doc sheets - Conducting research and providing reports on your finding. - Answering emails - Overseeing and monitoring the performance of freelancers - Interviewing, hiring, and managing freelancers - Helping to ensure projects are being completed within the deadlines - Doing anything that will help reduce my workload I am the owner of a number of different companies, so I can end up getting very busy quickly. I need an assistant that is smart and capable who can help free up my time so I can focus on the most critical and important tasks for the companies. Must have good communication skills (English) spoken and written word. And, most importantly you must be friendly and easy to get along with as the person who claims this position will be working closely with me. I only wish to work closely with pleasant and nice people.
