1) Format 11-page RFP document (see scrubbed version attached). Need to use Word headers and sequential numbering, and then build a TOC when finished. Numbering is formatted like 1.1, 1.2, 1.2.1, 1.2.2., 1.2.2.1, 1.3. The RFP has some formatting but it is inconsistent. Some headers are not tagged as headers in document. Some numbered lists are manually numbered, not using Word's auto-numbering. The attached scrubbed version is pretty close to the final - so this will provide an accurate understanding of the task. 2) Quickly proof the 11-page RFP for any grammar errors, etc. All edits should be done using Track Changes. This is not as important and should not be a significant part of the bid price. Tasks 1 & 2 need to be done by Sunday, July 28, at 5:00 p.m. EDT. 3) Create a spreadsheet for vendor answers to the RFP. Attached is a scrubbed version I did for another project. Unlike attached Word doc which is almost a finished product for this project, the attached spreadsheet does not reflect this project - it is attached to give an idea of the type of formatting I like. The spreadsheet should have the following three things: a) Capture all questions in the RFP document with corresponding clause number (e.g. 1.1-b Outline ownership structure) b) Capture 200 questions (in addition to the questions in the RFP) that are located in a separate spreadsheet (hosted using [login to view URL]). Unlike the attached sample, spreadsheet will require a column that references the location of the original requirement. So requirement xyz in the new spreadsheet would have to reference that it was Line 128 in the source spreadsheet. Just to ensure that I am not getting a knee-jerk quote without reading these requirements - I am hiding a quick check in the middle of this project description. Please start your proposal for this job with the words "Got It" so I know that these requirements were read in depth. c) New tab for vendors to provide references (fields required for this tab are outlined in RFP). The sample RFP does not have this tab. d) I have received feedback from two vendors on about 70 of the 200 questions referenced in "b" above. Feedback from one vendor is in an Excel spreadsheet, and feedback from the other is in the SmartSheet spreadsheet. For the RFP, I am going to send each vendor a copy of the Excel file that you create as part of the bidding process, and would like these two vendors' feedback to be pre-populated in the Excel file I send them. I ask that you do not do this until I send you the two files (the spreadsheet response form that you create needs to be okayed by my team). Since they provided their original answers, fields have been moved, new ones have been added - so this this is not a cut-and-paste job. My gut says that this is 60-90 minutes of work. Task 3 (the spreadsheet), sub-tasks a, b, and c needs to be done by 3:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 31. Task 3, sub-task 4, will need to be done by 9:00 a.m. August 13. Please provide a sample or two of similar work in both formatting an RFP-like document as well as a formatted Spreadsheet.
