Looking for professional tutor on Statistics theory

Hi everyone, I am working on project, looking for someone is good for the statistics. I have attached a thesis (article), and there is Introduction, Literature review, Model, and the results, with some statistics work. I have been reading this, and I still looking for someone, to explain to me by online or face to face, and and write the code of the results and plot that, with Python program or other, but I prefer Python. The idea of the research: under supply chain, there is a service level agreement, between supplier and customer. Supplier should fill the demand to a customer for number of (t period) (days, week, months), and at the end of the period, the performance of supplier will be calculated. For example, supplier should fill the demand by 95%. If the supplier not reached that, he will get a penalty. To measure that, in that research, they used two measures: ready rate, and time window (both quite slimier with a little of difference). And at the end they compare between both measures, there is a numerical example : and the results, I need to understand that. Because, I am reading that, but, until now I am not happy with that, which I need someone assists me. MY QUESTIONS: On my attached file, (WHICH IS MY PROJECT need to work) my FOCUS on Chapter 3 under the topic "Managing Supplier’s Delivery Performance With Service Level Agreements" From the Introduction I understand all of that, but I need from the model until the results, which about 10 pages maybe. From 42 start until 62 all the work or the chapter. Please please, I need someone who is familiar understand the concept, as I need to complete other work next stages.
