I want to create a Freshsales database of retail businesses for a Commercial Real Estate Business.

I would like someone to create a database on Freshsales that I can use to find new clients. It is important that you understand Freshsales and have used it previously. I am not skilled in this area and am seeking an experienced person to set it up so it meets my long term goals for my business. I have created a Freshsales account already. What I do… I lease large Shopping Centres in Melbourne ie I find so sometimes I need to find say a Cafe. I want the database to show along the lines : Business Name, Suburb Location, Telephone number; general email address ; Category ; Sub-Category ; note if they are on facebook or Instagram or linkedin. I have attached a spreadsheet noting the columns that I want in the database. I would also want to create a Category and Sub-Category for each business. I have attached a list of the Categories and the sub-Categories that relate to the Categories i.e. for example if I wanted to find in the database an Indian Restaurant ; the category would be Food And Drink the Sub-Category would be Food- Indian. My aim is to over time create a very large database that I can access at all times through Freshsales. Once the database is created and functional, I will then want to work through the process of getting my existing contacts on my phone into the database easily. The next step will be to google certain retail businesses and add them to the database. I am not good at Freshsales so I am hoping that i can get someone to take charge and provide ideas of best way to set it up Looking for an hourly charge as I want to test it out and see if it works for me.
