We are a growing transportation company in need of a very professional and well spoken new team member to fill our Virtual Assistant / Dispatcher role. This will be remote work online and will be accessible from any computer with access to the internet and phone line. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, taking messages/notes as well as informing higher management of any important information. The dispatcher will add vehicle information, assign drivers, and send work orders to drivers. All prospective applicants must read, write and speak English fluently! All offers are conditional on a 30 and 90 day term depending on skill set and successful initial training! We are looking for serious minded and dedicated people only! Please do not apply if you are not detail oriented. The Virtual Assistant role will be on an agreed upon initial package basis as there will be almost no incoming phone calls in the first month or two. The dispatcher role will be on an agreed upon hourly rate once training is successfully completed. I have included links to a few videos of the software for reference below. I am sure i will be best suitable for this position since i have good experience in handling customer care work, I have handled customer care for companies - Altius technologies ( they provide templates through knowledge base ) and Blisstel communications Support ( handled calls as well as tickets via fresh desk) . Hi, I am Angelo Tadeo. I believe that I am a perfect fit for the role considering my background in Sales and doing inbound and outbound calls for the longest time.
