I have read and understood the requirements to for this position and I would love to render my services as a Virtual Administrative Assistant.
For the past three years, I have been employed as a full-time Virtual Assistant where I have gained invaluable experiences in; Customer Support, Customer Relations Management (Infusion soft), Database Management, Inbound and Outbound Calling, Email Handling, Appointment Setting, Microsoft Office/ Google Apps Office Suite, Bookkeeping, Loan Pre-Approvals, Comparative Market Analysis, Document Collection, and Data Entry.
As a native English speaker, I have mastered the art of communicating in a clear but empathetic manner. Additionally, I am also fluent in Latin American Spanish. Although based in Jamaica, I am available to work during the Australian time zone. I have no other responsibilities therefore my schedule is very flexible.
