R studio loop with if statements

I am looking for help in populating another column that will show a “1” based on the following….. · The capdate2 is less than or equal to the Ship_or_Return_Date while · The Name is the same name as above, that have at least one “1” in their test column. Another way of wording things…. Where name is the same as above, (Data is sorted by Names and Ship_or_Return_Date), and that the capdate2 is less than the ship date, and that there was at least one “1” in column test associated with the name. Test is where there was a sale, due to our outreach, (180 day widow from Note_Date)…..but trying to find all subsequent sales following, within one year of the ship date from that first sale after our outreach. Another attempt at wording this if test = 1 then result needs to be 1 as long as the name is the same if test is 0 and the name is the same but capdate2 is less than the ship or return date then it needs to be a 1 The results column shows the output that I am looking for.
