I am looking for someone to help craft a meal plan weekly for me and my family and add a bunch of recipes to a spreadsheet that meet the criteria. So, the weekly meal plan would simply be curating a calendar of sorts based on the selections I make in the spreadsheet each week. I'd love to find someone to help find meals, add the ingredients to a spreadsheet, and create a weekly calendar of meals that meet the household taste preference, is relatively healthy (AIP Protocol is ideal, but not rigid), easy and quick to prepare, and (bonus) would make great leftovers. Looking for a build out of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options with snacks to make eating and food much less of a hassle from day to day. Our overall goal is to eat healthier without feeling miserable about our food. Overall task list: - Find and add meals to the spreadsheet - Create weekly 'calendar' meal plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks that are healthy and will aid in a better diet.
