I am looking to hire virtual assistant for long term to help in the organization of my professionnal and personal projects and who will suggest in new ideas (tools, articles, books, process...). I need someone who can support me and allow me to concentrate on my company. All activities are in French (I need a person who speak and write fluently french) : - Administration suppport : email box, Set-up professional and personal Appointments, translation, documents and presentation - Collect Data & Conduct Research : Gather qualitative data on technology, news, HR, legal évolutions... Locate networking events, Create dossiers for new contacts/clients... - Updated Social Media : Write and schedule linkedin post, Schedule social media or blog posts, write some article... - Customer relatonship : send invoices, respond to email... The above list is not exhaustive.

Bonjour à vous ! Je suis francophone et je communique couramment en anglais dans le cadre de mon travail. Je suis très à l’aise en communication, multitâche et je travaille en tant qu’assistante virtuelle depuis un moment déjà, suite à une reconversion professionnelle. Je suis parfaitement capable de faire ce travail et très bien. Je l'ai déjà fait pour un propriétaire de magasin de mode en ligne avant, sur une autre plateforme. En fait, je travaille actuellement comme assistante virtuelle dans un projet horaire sur celle-ci depuis plusieurs mois et j'aide principalement mon employeur à gérer ses projets et communiquer avec des partenaires francophones dans ce scope. Il m’est même souvent demandé de me substituer à lui à chaque fois pour gagner du temps en communication et le soulager de certaines parties du projet. Je suis à la fin du projet qui devait s’étendre sur 6 mois. Par conséquent, je suis en période de transition et j’ai la possibilité, qui plus est, la disponibilité pour gérer un nouveau projet.
