I am a fast and accurate typist and data entry specialist.
With a background in computer end user training, I have an advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I have also created my own training manuals which have been well received and easy to follow.
Previous to computer training, I spent many years administering a CRM system for a pharmaceutical company. I also have quite a few years’ experience in office admin, data entry and personal assistant positions as well as first line support on an IT Helpdesk.
