As the Admin Assistant you’ll answer to 2 persons and manage essential office and administrative functions to keep us on track to Launch our ONLINE BUSINESS and serve customers well . In this role, you would perform the invaluable task of keeping everything on track and ensuring that we launch in a timely fashion. Additionally being able to provide great customer service along with coordinating and performing office tasks. Some of the day-to-day tasks of Our Admin Assistant will be Maintain minutes to weekly meetings, answer questions or direct people where to find the right solution (training will be provided), answers the main office phone, responds to emails and queries from customers and staff, documentation-creation, retrieving and delivering files, maintaining and upcoming Customer Data base, establishing Google Alerts, (Training will be provided where necessary) Skills and Experience Needed to be Successful: * Prior administrative or clerical support experience * Excellent communication skills. * Typing speed of at least 25 words a minute. * Must have excellent organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and prioritize workload. * Some experience with building websites and basic familiarity with HTML. * Opportunities for advancement and growth depending on performance. * Ability to work well with others. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
