Hi, I can prepare reports and dashboards in Excel by importing external databases from Intuit QuickBooks, (SQL, or Excel file) and manipulating the data in a structured database. During the process, Excel validates the data and populates the info in report templates based on the needed parameters and criteria (I use pivot table reports and graphs which updated automatically the reports). Also, there is an option to export the info in PDF or CSV files. There is a report generator which enables you to develop templates independently. username id and password can secure the files.
During my career, I've served as a CFO, Controller and Chief Accountant at various companies worldwide and have experience bookkeeping and managing financial information (Intuit QuickBooks, SAP, ERP, etc) in a multi-currency environment of the global marketplace. I am a specialist in cash flow managing, liquidity solutions and COGS (for more than 30 years I have used ERP's to manage inventory systems, including physical inventories and unique inventory categories). I am also a guru in Excel and VBA. I come up with creative and sophisticated financial & statistical modules in a simplified and logical manner. With these skills, I develop financial modules including business valuation methodology & ratios for investors (including pitch decks, business plans, due diligence, financial modules like feasibility studies, and financial projections with dynamic scenarios).
