I was a team leader for a team of 20 people and managed the customer service of Epay (A Euronet Company). Dealing with inquiries from the USA, UK, Australia and New Zealand via Calls, Emails & Live Chat and providing them with a resolution in an effective manner was a major part of my daily job routine. I am trained enough to multitask and put data into different databases at a time in a professional, organized and timely manner.
I have also worked as a senior sales representative for third party retailers of major American Cable, Internet and Telephone providers’ e.g. Comcast, Dish Direct, COX, Time Warner etc. After submitting the answer of their initial questionnaire, I was shortlisted for Interviews where I was asked about various aspects of marketing. I was awarded a cash prize for my record most sales in a single month and was promoted to the head of my team after 3 months. For every call that I took, I had to record the inquiry and customer details into a portal while I was on the call. Also, writing detailed notes about each and every call was an obligation to have a record for future references.
