Data Entry Clerk

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, organized and detail oriented individual. The individual must have strong organizational, communication (verbally and written) and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Qualified candidates must be capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritize responsibility in an efficient manner, a team player with proactive can-do positive attitude, ability to work independently with minimal direction. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy with a keen eye for detail. This position is full-time Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm Responsibilities: Type in data provided Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes Verify data by comparing it to source documents Update existing data Retrieve data from the database or files as requested Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation Requirements: Proven experience as data entry clerk Fast typing skills Must know MS Excel (VLOOKUP) Basic understanding of databases Familiarity with spreadsheets Great attention to detail Knowledge of eBay is not required but is a plus High school degree or equivalent NOTE: Candidate must come from America, Southern American Or Northern America.
