I currently work for a company called FINT TECHNOLOGY AFRICA LTD., as a Customer Service Associate. Part of my job function includes: organising and handling customer support functions such as emails, sms, calls, live chat and social media.
As a trained customer support personnel, customer/client satisfaction is always key. As such, constantly working to establish, and improve relationships, is a top priority, as well delivering an overall outstanding customer experience.
