Acquisition Representative Job Description
OUR COMPANY
We are a growing real estate investing company focused on buying houses directly from home owners in order to provide them a solution. After we have the house under contract, we partner with cash buyers to fix up the house. We are seeking to add two representatives to our growing team to help us expand. We pride ourselves in helping home owners get out of a difficult situation so they can move on with their lives. We don't just want to buy a house, we want to help the individuals who own the house.
JOB SUMMARY
As a member of a team, the sale representative is vital to the success of I Will Buy House. The Acquisition representative is the initial contact home owners will speak with to sell their property. This position requires perseverance, determination, and tenacity to handle various types of seller personalities. To help clarify who the seller needs to speak with, the representative will be referred to as “Alex” as part of a marketing strategy. Their role is to gather the information provided by the seller to determine if the seller qualifies to move on to the next phase of the house buying process. The representative will be responsible for gathering data on the house to pass it along to the the Acquisition Manager.
WORKING HOURS
10am to 6pm Pacific Standard Time
Monday through Friday
CORE FUNCTION
First contact for sellers to gather data
Intake seller information and input data into CRM
Follow up with sellers
Gather property information
QUALIFICATIONS
A reliable and efficient internet connection.
Excellent computer skills
Basic skills in Google email, Drive, Sheets, Docs
Strong history in customer service and/or sales
Willing to learn how to be an effective member of team and able to receive constructive feedback to improve their role
Fluent in English and minimal accent
Preferred experience working with Podio
Preferred experience working with a real estate investor
Discipline and determination to follow systems
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Speak with sellers over the phone to gather data about a house they are selling
Input data into Podio Customer Relationship Manager
Gather Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) for real estate property
Make follow up calls to seller
