As MD of an inland marina and leisure business I require monthly reports from my two managers. One of them is struggling to present his reports in a meaningful way due to his lack of computer skills (particulary Excel) I would like to build him an easy to use excel sheet where he can fill in the simple data and this would reperent itself on a dashboard, making it easy to compare year on year performance. I have uploaded an example of how the previous manager used to present the info to give you an idea of the type data i'm talking about
