Our Administrative Assistant will primarily work with the partners of the firm and will provide overall general administrative support for the firm as a whole. Our ideal candidate must be extremely organized, able to grasp new systems quickly and thrive in a fast paced environment. Qualifications: * Desired but not required, experience in a home office environment * Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly, professional demeanor and etiquette required

This project is a great fit for me as I have done many similar projects. I am very good at google spreadsheet, excel. For the last 14 months I have been working as a tech support for a hosting company in USA (remote). I have worked as a VA.
