Transcription of 2 hours audio

I have 2 hours of conversation in 2x WAV files that I need transcribed into WORD and then combined. This is a SKYPE recording so its recording my MIC and then separately the other participants so we want them transcribed together . I'll combine the files into 1x 2 hour conversation. There are 5 people in this conversation so I presume you will be able to identify these 5 and roll them into a conversation ie: Person1: THis is a presentation.....
