Responsibilities:
• Coordinating between learners and coaches over calls and videos
• Handling the queries of learners and solving their
problems
• Ensure that the learner's journey is very smooth throughout
Work with internal departments to meet learner
needs
• Maintaining the data over various platforms • Giving learners a trouble free learning experience.
• Making 85-95 calls per day.
Required Skills:
Work on tight deadlines and deliver a great customer and client experience
Atleast 6 months - 2 years of experience in customer handling, BPO and voice process
Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work
Excellent communication skills
Office timings: 10:30 am - 8pm
Salary-13k to 20k month
