Leads Manager for Real Estate Investment Company

A fast paced company is looking for a leads manager. Looking for an "A" player that will strive to outperform expectations and has a desire to learn. This is a full-time position looking for motivated and teachable individual to mold. Lots of opportunity to grow. Experience as a real estate investing VA is a plus. This could include seller leads, buyer leads, contractor leads, etc. They are responsible for: - Screening and filtering through the leads - Assigning the leads to the proper department - Tracking campaign statistics and proving updates - Follow up with departments to ensure leads are being worked or followed up on - Creates and fills out contracts, assignments, and ensures that the fully signed copy is sent to the attorney to begin the closing process - Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint - Experience using CRM and PODIO Pay based on experience and track record. Hourly plus bonus Hours are USA time zone MST
