Agents must have their own computer Possess a clean police record Qualifications •High School Graduate or GED •Logical problem solving skills •Proven communication skills •Have availability to work various shifts •Ability to use Windows operating systems and navigate between various windows •Ability to work under pressure •High sense of urgency •Must have a keen sense of attention to detail, taking the initiative. •Possess a high level of Professionalism •Experience in overcoming unexpected difficulties and using logical problem solving skills. •Understand and empathize with customer Description •Responsible for all customer inquiries •Provide excellent customer service •Follow up to customer inquiries •Troubleshoot equipment and system problems •Problem solve to help customers resolve issues on first call •Appropriately communicate with upset customers •Thrives as a team player •Participates in additional training •Performs other related duties •Exercise retention efforts when appropriate
