Ukrainian and Swedish Speaking Customer Support Agent

We are looking for a native Ukrainian Customer Support Agent who also speaks and writes excellent Swedish. Long-tern commitment. To be considered for this position you need to be situated in Ukraine and be prepared to work full-time from home during business hours with a computer and a telephone as your main tools. You must be familiar with basic computer operation as well as Microsoft Office. We are looking for someone who has a feel for providing a high level of service and understands the importance of good and effective customer communication. Details of our project will be provided to the candidates who go through to the interview phase. Two weeks of paid training are included in your position.
