I NEED TO BUILD A GAME

Create a game based on the following instructions. Kindly read the files and the instructions given below, before proceeding. Some of the work on the game has already been done, please go through it before bidding. Moreover, state your qualifications, experience and a sample of a previous project as well. 1) Don't copy codes from the internet because the file will be checked from a plagiarism software. 2) You can only code in C++ and use simple coding like if-else, while, do-while, for, 3) Don't use goto statements, complex string functions, or any complex syntax and built-in functions etc. 4) use Glut library functions all which are given in the zip folders only for the creating menu, you may require GLUT/glut.h (please check if this is the correct library, I'm not sure about the spelling) 5) Use g++ compiler on Linux Ubuntu and use notepad 6) Right now the I have constructed the arena, made the opponent car, tried to move the car in the maze although there is a problem with a few coordinates 7) Please play the game before you start working 8) The player car can only use the left, right,up, down arrow keys when it reached the gap turn that is to only shift lanes hence it moves automatically within one lane. You cannot share the game with anyone once it is done. The budget can be negotiated based on your experience and how well you perform.
