Media coding expert for hourly project

VC++ directshow coder for a simple vc++ encoder app enhancement. Todo: 1 - We have a hardware compression capture card with directshow filters. the card directly offers a/v data in form of h.264/aac on OUT pin of capture graph. We want you to integrate the capture card output to encoder app as its plug-in with the selectable options so that encoder can stream the capture card a/v feed to media server. 2 - Integrate open source librtmp to the encoder app so that encoder can send the feed to rtmp media server. (It can already stream to http and rtsp server) 3 - Upgrade the underlying ffmpeg libraries of the encoder to the latest versions...We do have visual studio version of ffmpeg solution that you can use if wish to. We will give you access to remote system with the capture card installed and all the sources for your work. Deliverable: Compiling and running bugfree solution with source and instructions on work to hire basis (We own the intellectual property). Simple task for somebody who knows his/ her stuff. Time: 4 Days. Budget: around 15usd/ hour Skills involved: directshow, vc++, filters, librtmp, ffmpeg, c++, h.264/aac
