Driver installation: Visual Basic ZwDeleteFile/ZwTerminateProcess

I just can't stress enough English speakers only. I mean no offense but I have previously accepted people who said they can provide clean English communication but once after bidding the communication skills faded massively. I have previously paid for a driver in C which I am wanting to be imported into my visual basic application. I do not care if you decide you have your own driver in another language like C++ but I am not asking you to write a driver from scratch. As mentioned I have a working C driver already provided by a freelancer that handles zwterminateproess but yes I would need the small zwdeletefile signature added. I understand drivers unsigned can only be run under windows test mode. I will be looking for you to find me as cheap as possible(I am not sure what exactly to look for as seen prices vary from £70 to hundreds.)a signer provider for my driver. Once paid for the signed certificate I would need you to implement the certificate and merge the driver with my VB project. Once you are happy I assume it would take remote desktop sessions or two to implement and get everything working. I must stress I have no driver experience and once implemented I'd hope I would not need to mess with the driver solution each time I rebuild my vb project. The driver itself will be rarely used in the project. Of course with my inexperiences in drivers, you might have better solutions which please feel free to offer. To summerise: A c/c++ driver (already brought (tested working)) implemented in my vb.net project. Signed driver certificate advice and once bought installed and explained how to make sure each build has been signed. The driver's only function is for zwterminateptocess and zwdeletefile. zwdelete file would likely need to overcome limitations if locked by a rootkit but I guess that's for you to advise me. Please also note, this project won't be due to start for another 10/14 days max so if you are currently busy now please keep in mind I wont pick a winner for about 10 days.
