Virtual Assistant - Customer Service Specialist
Responsible for all customer inquiries such as returns, replacements, refunds and exchanges on Amazon platform.
Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders
Interact with vendors to resolve customer inquiries
Responsible for written communication with the customer
Documenting requests/solutions via Excel Spreadsheets
Customer Service Representative for E-commerce at least 6 months (Required)
Must have experience with Amazon and eBay platform
Candidates must be computer literate
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and reliable
Ability to meet goals on time with less supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
