Mafia Movie In Need of a Script

I am a young entrepreneur. I have a great Idea even great ideas for a one of a kind mafia movie. I am in communication with investors, but I need a professionally formatted movie script. I want to type the plot of the movie in great detail, and have a professional take what I am write and incorporate all of the plot into a professional movie script format. If I knew how to write in professional format, I wouldn't be here. I can write an intriguing and one of a kind mafia movie, and I need a movie script that a movie production company recognizes as professional and proper in format. In order to get the investment I need to have a movie script and even a quote from a movie production company. So, I need to know how much I need to pay for professional service. I prefer experience as experience is the only teacher. I do not know how long it takes to write a movie script, but I figure 50 dollars an hour is a fair price. This project is going to take some time. Once I find a script writer and a fair price for the script being written in professional and proper format is decided, I have to contact the investor for the payment. I currently have the phone number and email address of a company prepared to pay 100k to over 10 million dollars in an investment and am in communication with them. We both don't want to waste money blowing up cars or things like that. If you want the job be detailed about your qualifications, and understand this is going to take some time. Until the investor sees the end he is not going to give me money. I set the price at no more than 1500 dollars, but if you have the knowledge the job is easy. I'm writing the movie, I just need it formatted for a movie production company. It could take a few months before I get a commitment from the investor, but I'd like to find a movie script write that can persuasively convince the investor that they are worth paying what they want to be paid for the script. They already have interest, but they need to believe they can make money with the investment before they make the investment.
